 Ministry of awoqaf qualifies new imams, muezzin's for Ramadan 




Doha, The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has announced to provide dozens of new Qatari Imams and Muezzins from the recruits assigned to the National Service Academy of Miqdam Camp to lead the worshipers in all prayers including Tarawih and Tahajjud during the upcoming holy month of Ramadan?

 This is after they participated and qualified through a number of Sharia courses organised by the Department of Da’wah and Religious Guidance over a period of six months in jurisprudence, in the lecture hall of the National Service Camp. These courses began on September 25, 2022, and the last course is scheduled to conclude on March 9, 2023.

 The Mosques Management Department said the programme of qualifying courses in Sharia sciences was presented by a group of teachers and preachers specialized in this field
