  about our ongoing robust support for Ukraine as they keep fighting for their freedom nearly one year after Russia launched its full-scale invasion. The United States will continue this support for as long as it takes.

 Nearly 25% of our country’s debt was added under my predecessor.

 How did Congress respond? They lifted the debt ceiling three times. They paid America’s bills. Tonight, I’m asking this Congress to follow suit.
